The iconic Yahoo billboard in San Francisco being taken down

Since 1999, Yahoo has had a billboard prominently located next to the 80 freeway approach to the Bay Bridge. But no more.

According to Yahoo Mail’s Twitter account, “The Yahoo billboard is taking a vacation! The iconic San Francisco sign is coming down, but stay tuned because there’s more to come!”
